Gate Instructions & Site Rules
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: SLIDING GATE
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING
To ensure the safety of all drivers and prevent damage to the gate mechanism, please adhere to the following entry protocols.
🟦 STANDARD ENTRY PROCEDURE
- POSITION VEHICLE Drive up to the gate entrance. Ensure you remain clear of the gate's travel path.
- ENTER ACCESS CODE Input your unique PIN into the keypad provided.
- WAIT FOR COMPLETION Do not move your vehicle yet. Wait for the gate to slide to its fully open position and come to a complete stop.
- PROCEED CLEARLY Once the gate has stopped moving, drive through the entrance promptly.
🟧 IF THE GATE IS ALREADY OPEN OR CLOSING
If you arrive and the gate is already in use (open or in the process of closing), DO NOT attempt to drive through or trigger the sensors with your vehicle.
- STOP: Bring your vehicle to a halt and wait for the gate to finish its current cycle or come to a complete stop.
- RESET: Enter your PIN into the keypad.
- RE-OPEN: Wait for the gate to reverse direction and reach the fully open position before attempting to drive through.
⚠️ SAFETY RULES ⚠️
- NO TAILGATING: Only one vehicle is permitted per PIN entry. For safety and security please enter your pin every time you access the site and leave the site.
- DO NOT BLOCK PATH: Ensure your vehicle is never parked within the gate's slide path.
- SENSORS: While the gate is equipped with safety sensors, they are a backup. Always rely on the keypad and visual confirmation that the gate is open.
- WHEN EXITING THE SITE: When you leave site, please wait for the gate to fully shut before you leave to ensure the facility is secure

SITE RULES
Speed limit - 5mph, Drive slowly and carefully at all times
No smoking anywhere on site - Smoking, vaping or open flames are strictly prohibited
Children must be accompanied by an adult - For safety, children must remain supervised at all times
Access only during agreed hours - Entering or remaining on site outside of approved access times is not permitted
Keep aisles clear - Do not block driveways, access lanes or other units while loading/unloading
No hazardous or illegal materials - Storing any of these items is strictly prohibited
No pets allowed to roam on site - Pets must remain inside your vehicle at all times
Respect other customers - No loud music, disruptive behaviour or unsafe activities
Dispose of waste properly - Do not leave any rubbish or unwanted items on the premises
Report any damage or safety concerns - Inform management immediately if something looks unsafe or has been damaged
